Legal and ethical considerations, eg privacy, libel law, defamation, race discrimination law, data protection, freedom of information	•We are good with considering the necessary legal implications that may effect the production of the media product •We are able to be considerate when producing the media product as to not have certain discrimitory  implications within the media product •We are able to be respectful of other peoples privacy and provide them there's whenever possible without trying to be intrusive.	•In the areas of the freedom of information act the necessary information regarding the project is not as readily available so the providing of information would be quite difficult •With the areas of data protection we are unable to protect the information collected during the creation of the media project as that is not the intended purpose of collecting data on others.	•To resolve the issues with not having the necessary information ready preparing the necessary information in advance would prove beneficial for work and use. •To resolve this issue regarding the protection of the data that we have collected is to have the information stored on a device and have it protected with both physical and online means.
Codes of practice	• We are able to be considerate of others when filming meaning we will consider the needs of others during its production. •We are able to be cautious as to minimise the impact that the producing the film will have on the surrounding environment	• We are struggling in the areas of working efficiently and effectively due to the fact that some members within the group can struggle to concentrate with working for long periods of time. •We can struggle with being flexible due to the fact that we have a fixed narrative with the characters that are within the narrative in the story meaning we will require to do the recoding's at fixed times.	• To resolve the issue with the working efficiently and effectively we will try and make the work as proficient and as easy as possible to ensure that they are able to get on with the work without issue •To resolve the issue of not being flexible having the nesscacary back up days for recordings in case  they are required with the production of the media product.
Copyright (requirement, owner, clearance, cost)	•We are good with recording and creating our own sounds that are needed for the production of the movie •We are good at communicating with others in order to have the necessary clearance needed for  the creation of a media product •We are good at the creation and production of our own musical pieces that are required in order to be used within the media production. •	•We  are lacking in funding as the current budget that we have is zero which may prove difficult when creating the media product meaning turning to other sources would be necessary •We are lacking in organisational skills as certain members within the group can easily be distracted during times when they should be concentrating.	•We require the necessary permissions in order to do the recordings within school locations from the necessary indivuals within the schools •For the members that more easily distracted they need to develop on their concentration skills and learn how to focus when creating the media product.
